Privacy Policy

In case of any differences between the English version and these translated versions, the English version of this document is the legally binding version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistencies.

Effective date: Effective immediately from September 18, 2026

AntelDev provides the mobile game Solitaire Flow, together with its related websites, applications, and support, covered by this Privacy Policy (the “Services”). In this Policy, “we” and “our” mean AntelDev. We are responsible for the personal information we process for the purposes described here. “Personal information” includes information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, as defined by applicable law.

This Policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices available to you. A notice presented for a particular feature may provide additional information about that feature. Residents of the United States should also read Annex A.

Personal Information we collect

We may source, use and otherwise process your personal data in different ways. In all cases we are committed to protecting your personal data.

1.1 Categories of information

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services:

1.2 Where information comes from

We receive information from you, from your use of the Services, and from platforms and providers involved in delivering them. If you choose to connect another account, its provider may send us the information you authorize. App stores, analytics providers, advertising partners, and security providers may also supply transaction confirmations or technical signals relevant to their services.

Why do we use information

We use personal information to operate the Services, manage accounts and purchases, respond to requests, maintain security, and resolve technical problems. We also use it to understand how the Services work, improve them, communicate about our games, and measure advertising. We may process information to meet legal duties or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, the basis depends on the purpose. We may rely on a contract to provide a feature or purchase you request; legitimate interests to protect and improve the Services or conduct permitted marketing; a legal obligation to meet a requirement imposed by law; or consent for an activity that requires your permission. We consider the interests and rights of children when assessing whether a legitimate interest applies. You may withdraw consent for future processing by using the relevant control or contacting us.

Your choices and privacy rights

We use cookies, software development kits, and similar technologies to support Service functions, understand performance, and, where permitted, deliver or measure advertising. Where consent is required for an optional technology, we request it before using that technology. Browser and device controls may let you manage cookies, notifications, and advertising identifiers.

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures. You may also have a right to appeal a decision on a privacy request or complain to a privacy authority. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law.

To make a request, email anteloopgames@gmail.com. Please provide enough information to help us identify the relevant records; do not send passwords. We may verify requests that would disclose or change information, but we do not require identity verification for an opt-out when the law prohibits it. An authorized agent may act for you where permitted by law. We respond within the applicable legal period and explain a refusal or available appeal where required.

Account and data deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time through the deletion option in the game's settings or by emailing anteloopgames@gmail.com. We will delete the information within the period required by applicable law, unless we are permitted or required to retain it (for example, for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping).

When we disclose information

4.1 Recipients

We disclose information only as appropriate for the purposes in this Policy. Recipients may include service providers that support hosting, customer service, payments, analytics, security, and technical operations; app stores or account platforms involved in a feature you use; related companies and professional advisers; and advertising partners as described below. A profile or content you choose to make visible may be seen by other users. We may also disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.

Providers acting on our behalf must handle information under contractual restrictions. A recipient that determines its own purposes, such as an app store, may also apply its own privacy notice.

4.2 Advertising

Advertising partners may receive online identifiers, device and Service activity information, approximate location, and inferred interests to select or measure advertisements. Depending on the law, these disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising even when no money is paid for the information.

You can email anteloopgames@gmail.com to exercise an applicable opt-out right. We honor qualifying browser opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by law. An opt-out may not remove advertising that does not depend on the processing you declined. The protections described in Section 1 also apply to advertising involving children.

Children's Privacy

Our games are suitable for players of all ages. We may ask for age information when it is needed to apply privacy protections for younger players.

Where applicable law requires it, we give parents or guardians notice and obtain their consent before collecting, using, or disclosing a child's personal information, unless a legal exception applies. We also apply the restrictions that govern advertising to children. A parent or guardian may contact us at anteloopgames@gmail.com to ask about a child's information, request access or deletion, or withdraw consent where permitted by law. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information without the required consent, we will delete it as soon as reasonably practicable.

Retention, security, and international processing

We keep information only for a period justified by its purpose and any legal or dispute-related need. Account, profile, and age details are retained as needed to provide the Services and apply protections for children; purchase information as needed for transactions and applicable recordkeeping; device, activity, and advertising information as needed for operation, security, analysis, and measurement; and communications or submitted content as needed to handle the relevant interaction. We delete information when it is no longer needed, in accordance with applicable law.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No security measure eliminates every risk, so please keep your account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where a transfer is restricted by law, we use an applicable legal mechanism and any required safeguards. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.

Changes and contact

We may revise this Policy as our Services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where the law requires advance notice or a separate choice, we provide it before the change takes effect.

Annex A — Additional information for United States residents

This Annex supplements the main Policy where a United States privacy law applies. The rights and disclosures below depend on the state law governing your information. In the California sections, “sale,” “sharing,” and “sensitive personal information” have the meanings given by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”).

A1 Rights and requests

Applicable state law may give you rights to know or access information about our practices, obtain a portable copy of personal information, correct or delete it, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may have a right to appeal a denied request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Use anteloopgames@gmail.com to submit a request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify an access, correction, or deletion request. We do not require you to create an account to make a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where the law allows; we may request evidence of authority. If an appeal is available, reply to our decision or email us and state that you wish to appeal.

A2 California notice at collection

The table describes the categories of personal information relevant to our practices during the preceding 12 months, their principal uses and recipients, and whether a category may be disclosed to advertising partners in a way treated as sale or sharing. Other recipients appear in the preceding column. A category is collected only when relevant to your interaction with us. The sources are you, your use of the Services, connected platforms, and providers or partners described in Section 4.1.

For categories marked as sold or shared for advertising, advertising partners are the third-party recipients.

The retention criteria in Section 6 apply by category: identifiers, age data, and login credentials follow the account and child-protection criteria; purchase and customer records follow the transaction and recordkeeping criteria; device activity, approximate location, and advertising inferences follow the operation, security, analysis, and measurement criteria; and submitted content or professional information follows the relevant communication or application criteria.

A3 Advertising disclosures and sensitive information

For California residents, the advertising disclosures marked in the table may constitute sale or sharing under the CCPA. To opt out, email anteloopgames@gmail.com. We apply a qualifying signal to the browser or device and to associated information as required by law. We do not require an account or identity verification to exercise this opt-out.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information about consumers under 16 without the affirmative authorization required by California law. We use account login credentials only for account access and security.

A4 Non-Discrimination

If you are a California resident, we will not deny our Services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level or quality of Services because you have exercised your rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
